• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Rhode Island.

• You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or jury trial.

20. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

• Clients must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during coaching sessions, webinars, and communications.

• We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who engages in:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Unethical behavior

21. Testimonial & Marketing Release

• By using our Services, you grant us permission to use anonymized success stories, testimonials, and feedbackfor marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
